The Epic Bikepark Leogang

The Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn is the biggest mountainbike area in Austria. All in all, the area consists out of 7 mountains with 9 lifts, which are all located at the end of the trails. Scattered over the 4 parks are trails for all levels of mountain bikers. Steep, roots, flow, or jumps, you can find it all in this area. Thinking about a long day out? Take the “Bike your Limit” challenge and ride the whole area in one day. UCI Downhill

Bikepark Leogang is arguably the most famous due to its UCI Downhill track. The event that takes place here every year and is always a show to watch. To no surprise, they also have a very diverse trail system consisting of five black, three red, and three blue Bikepark trails. In addition, there are also 4 natural single trails available, divided into black and red. There’s one lift, so you can’t go wrong there.

Main uplift!

At the base station of the lift, there is a 10.000m2 Rider’s Playground. Designed to work on your riding skills, for starters and experienced riders. Anything you want to practice, you will be able to do here. There is a huge pump track, a drop-zone with multiple heights of drops, and an area dedicated to little shredders, with shorter trails and smaller technical challenges.
But there is also a supermarket, bike shop and some places to get lunch. Although you should do the latter on the top of the mountain to enjoy the views. Everything is set up, so you can spend a whole day at Leogang.
